CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Rishikesh Ayurveda, we are committed to providing authentic Ayurvedic care. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding product returns and consultation cancellations.

PART 1: PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

  1. Return Policy

Due to the hygiene, health, and safety nature of Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns on delivered items that are opened or unsealed.
Eligibility for Return:
You may only request a return :

The product received is defective or leaking.

You received the wrong item (incorrect product sent).

The product has expired upon delivery.

Reporting Window:
You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

  1. Refunds for Products

If your return request is approved based on the criteria above:

Inspection: We may ask for photographic evidence of the defect.

Processing: Once verified, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method
Timeline: Refunds will process and credit in your bank account within 7-10 business days.

  1. Product Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. Please call or WhatsApp us immediately.

After Dispatch: Once the order has left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery, we will refund the product cost minus the two-way shipping charges.

PART 2: SERVICES ( Consultations)

  1. Rescheduling & Cancellation

We understand that plans change. However, our Vaidyas (Doctors) dedicate specific time slots for each patient.

24+ Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a 100% refund or a free reschedule.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. You may be allowed to reschedule at a reduced fee, at our discretion.

  1. “No-Show” Policy

If you do not join the consultation call/video link within 15 minutes of the start time, it will be marked as a “No-Show.” No-shows are not eligible for a refund or a free reschedule.

  1. Post-Consultation Refunds

Once a consultation has taken place and medical advice has been provided, the consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of the treatment outcome. Ayurveda focuses on gradual healing, and results vary by individual.
