Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

High Volume: During peak seasons or sales, processing may take an additional 2 days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (India) 5-10 Business Days
International 10-21 Business Days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier logistics or customs processing.

  1. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. However, please be aware:

Customs Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Responsibility: Rishikesh Ayurveda is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Restrictions: Please check your country’s regulations regarding the import of Ayurvedic supplements before ordering. We are not responsible if customs seizes the package due to local laws.

  1. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  1. Lost or Damaged Items

Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and its packaging .

Lost: If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate with the courier.
